These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all arrangements between Anodyne-ApS ("Anodyne") and clients, if an order is placed at www.anodyne-shop.ch.
If a product is bought at the online shop, the following payment possibilities are available for the clients: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, bank transfer and PayPal. If a product is purchased with a creditcard or via PayPal at the Anodyne online shop no service fee shall apply. Any fees to be charged in conjunctions with credit card payments, shall be paid by Anodyne®. The payment for your purchase will be collected as soon as the product is shipped from the Anodyne® warehouse. Your credit card will never be charged an amount greater than the sum approved by you during the purchase. The prices specified in the offer at the moment of the order shall apply. All prices published at the Anodyne® website include shipping costs and added value tax, unless otherwise specified.
Late payment (invoice)
All customers who have entered a valid e-mail address when placing the order receive an e-mail payment reminder. Due to additional manual tasks, a reminder fee of CHF 7.00 for the first reminder by letter is charged. A reminder fee of CHF 30 will be charged for the second reminder by letter. In addition, Anodyne GmbH reserves the right to transmit all collection processes and payment information to a company that is responsible for collection. In addition, Anodyne GmbH reserves the right not to offer or remove the method of payment "on invoice" for some customers in case of emergence of circumstances that may hinder their solvency (eg late payment etc)
Purchase by invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview.
When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are also agreeing to our GTC, as well as POWERPAY’s (powerpay.ch/en/agb).
All costs, fees or taxes associated with the shipment shall be paid by Anodyne® unless otherwise specified. The right to return the products is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. You must inform Anodyne® in writing that you wish to replace or return the product within these 14 days. This is done by completing the returns form and sending it back along with the product and package. The returns form is on the reverse of the instructions "Replacement & returns" enclosed in your package.
You may not reject your order by refusing to accept the package (at home, at work or at collection point), unless you explicitly instructed Anodyne® thereof by email to email@example.com in advance and received respective confirmation from Anodyne®.
Replacement & returns
Your order must be sent back to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. Anodyne® shall not be obliged to replace or revoke an order if the timeframe is not adhered to. If a product is returned, you shall be responsible for the adequate packing. You shall be responsible for the product from the moment of receipt of the package and until the product arrival at Anodyne® premises.
Condition of the product when returned or replaced
Anodyne® is responsible for the package until it is received at the address that you specified or at the collection point. You are obliged to check the content of the package at the moment of receipt. With acknowledgement of receipt of the package, though signature or otherwise, the risk regarding the package and its content will pass to you.
You shall be responsible for the loss in value of the product due to improper handling, negligence or breach of duty of care. In case of replacement or return, you shall be responsible for the parcel from the receipt to the moment of arrival thereof at the Anodyne® premises.
You may use the product before replacement or return thereof. The product must be returned to us in an almost new condition (without the odour of the detergents, perfume, cigarette smoke or the like). The product may not be dried in the tumble drier because it will be damaged. The Anodyne® reserves the right to neither replace nor refund the purchase price if the product was dried in a tumble dryer.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can send it back within 14 days from the date of receipt along with the completed returns form, package and a copy of your invoice. We will refund you the entire amount. Anodyne shall reserve the right to offset the loss in value resulting from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, non-adherence to the washing instructions or an accident.
If you want to cancel the purchase, you must do it within the first 14 days from receipt in any case. Once the product, returns form and a copy of your receipt are received, the refund will be initiated. The refund shall be transferred within five working days from receipt of the returned product to the account, from which the payment has been made, if you paid by the credit card. Please consult your bank regarding the moment of the money transfer to your account.
When returning or having replaced
Please complete the form on the reverse of the instructions "Replacement & returns" (always enclosed in the parcels sent by Anodyne®) for the order you are returning or having replaced, and put it into the package along with the copy of your invoice. You shall be responsible for the package from the receipt until the moment of its arrival at the Anodyne® premises. You shall also be responsible for an adequate packing of the product in case of its return.
